Jesus spent his time on this earth equipping and coaching the disciples in personal growth and in leadership. Every woman can benefit from the coaching of women who have gone before. There are many women in my life who coached me by sharing their experience, guidance, and even skills with me; all of which helped me to discover and walk in my God designed life purpose.
As a life coach I am committed to helping you discover your passion so that you can live out your purpose. At UBMI we use a variety of surveys and inventories designed to help you discover your natural talents, spiritual gifts and God given passions. Combining this information with your unique personality we will help you take the necessary steps to walk in the “good work” for which you were created.
Leadership Coaching
When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you truly love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”
The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.”

Nothing is more important to Jesus than his sheep. I have spent the last nine years leading and working in lay ministry at one of the largest churches in the nation. I have trained leaders for MOPS International at their national conventions and at the local level, and I have taught small group leaders principals of leadership, conflict resolution and study skills. If our goal is to lead like Jesus then we must study the leadership principals of Jesus and have the heart of a shepherd.
UBMI offers leader training workshops, intensives and retreats designed to unite and equip your team to lead like Jesus. Topics include; Principals of Shepherding, Launching a Ministry, Team Building, Conflict Resolution and Leading the Wounded. Every person who attends leader coaching is eligible to participate in a monthly leadership encouragement call.
